"The location's a bit hard to get to, off Pine Island on Orange Drive but I would never never go anyplace else because these people are just so wonderful and helpful."
"Brought in a Battery to load test, all they did was check voltage and told me it was dead. Bought a new battery, turns out it's my alternator so they sold me a new battery for no reason. When I called thes said they didn't load test my Battery because they're tester wasn't charged. So they sold me a $240 Battery for no reason all because they did t load test it like I asked."
"After being treated poorly at a nearby O'Reilly store where they refused to install my wipers, I came to this store. What a difference!!!!! From my arrival Michael was friendly and very helpful. He quickly looked up the correct wiper blades for my car and went to get them. Rather than ring me up at the register, he asked the other employee, Paola, to do it so he could go outside and start installing them. Paola was also very friendly and we had a nice conversation while Michael installed the wipers. In no time he was finished. The total time I was there was less than 10 minutes. A vastly better experience than the last place I went. Definitely coming back here again. Good job!"
