I came in, they tested my battery , determined it was “dead” and replaced in less than 30 minutes . Ariel , who replaced the battery, was so professional , kind , friendly and fast. "I’ve been going to this location for quite a while, even since before it was an Oreilly’s, and up until today I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Today when I walked in there were four employees there with one helping another customer. Two of the other employees refused to help even though they weren’t doing anything at the time. After standing around waiting for one employee who was actually working, I got pissed and left. It seems like the entire staff turned over recently, too. I don’t know what’s going on with them, but I won’t be back to find out."
