"Dealership is run by crooks. I was charged $1,600 for some ESS package on a new vehicle that was never installed. I called the sales manager to complain and he was rude and total scum. I just read the other reviews and see many hundreds of others were also scammed. I will be preparing a class action law suit this week against this dealership and Ford this week. Anyone that wants to join please reach out to me. I will fund it all."

Tom the service manage manager communicated with me the entire time with updates and I found this to be extremely professional. I knew exactly when and what they were doing in the service stages including duration and options of repairs."
"I asked for the inner wheel and tire to be used for rotation and the truck comes back with 14 Oz of weight on the outer new aluminum wheel. Not to mention they counterbalanced the weights. Not what I expect from a dealership level of service."
"Essential Ford took over a very unreliable dealership. No one that I was in contact with wanted anything to do with them. However, since the new management in there, I have to say that all of my experiences with their service have been great. They were not my first choice when needing service for my vehicle, but they were closely located and convenient. I have had awesome service since the new crew is there now. I would recommend them to others now. My only negative experience was with the courtesy driver. He was not friendly, courteous or nice. I no longer use the courtesy vehicle and make my own arrangements. Much improvement has been made and this service department does all that it can within their scope when I have to use them. Great job on making improvements in this area, Essential Ford!"
