"Scheduled a 2pm alignment today and when I arrived, they said they could not get it done until nearly 5pm. After waiting there 2.5 hours, they said they weren't going to get to it today. They were not apologetic at all. A good business would have got it done regardless or offered a discount on service. No respect for peoples time. Over promise and under deliver. Don't waist your time and money here. Atlantic tire is much better and that is where we will be bringing our future business."

He helped me unload the 4 Tires and made the appointment for the next day. He and his crew were polite and professional.
