"I just happen to drive by this establishment and noticed that they had a sign that said free air and tire pressure check. I was concerned that my tires might be low and knowing I was going on a road trip I pulled in I could not have been treated better! Within five minutes, a great guy named Brandon came out, took my car information recommended that they be filled up a little bit higher because of the cooler weather coming and very professionally took care of my tires. "I've purchased tires from Discount Tire for years and highly recommend them for great pricing on brand name tires, their customer care, and professional service. When I last bought tires I opted for the extended warranty which came in handy today. Coming back from a long trip, I experienced stealing wheel shimmy and the car wanting to stear to the right. Apparently I had a defective tire purchased several years ago but with more than 50% tread left. The defect caused the steel belt to separate and was dangerous to drive. Brandon, Ryan, and their team in Davie, FL quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the tire under warranty. I took the precaution of buying a second matching tire rather than risk having a problem from a mismatched tire. Discount tire sells over the Internet but also has local stores in many areas now. I was highly impressed with the shop which was very modern and extremely well equipped...again, impressive to say the least!
