"Update: Saw the reply from the owner. Thank you. I did not mistake your business as the number you mentioned matches the one on your signature. I can personally attest that some emails were not responded to within 24 hours. I believe you already identified who I was, because shortly after this review (and likely bc of this review), our account manager responded to the email I sent a week prior. We're in a difficult position with out business. It's not horrible but we do need help. They've been very kind and seem interested in helping (and we're ready to sign up for their services), but they just forget to reply to messages. Several times, I've messaged the owner to remind her that I need a reply.. that seems to do the trick... but alas, the last message I sent was a week ago... and no reply. I just don't have it in me to remind them over and over. I messaged another accountant who has treated us like a VIP and ready to tackle what we need."
