"Made an appointment, tires aren't exactly a priority so getting it serviced once and done would be nice, went in for a leak, they claimed it was a nail that didnt penetrate and they didnt fix anything, looking closely after leaving I found the cause of the leak. Disappointed in this location lately, this used to be my go, not likely again"

"I have been purchasing tires at this place for years and have always had an ok experience. However this time I was told over the phone that a tire I purchased from them that was one of a whole set, that had been damaged due to a road hazard would be pro rated and I would receive a credit towards a new one. The set of tires I bought was from this location. When I got there things changed and they said because it was sidewall damage they wouldn't give me credit. The tire had less than 500 miles on it. Then after I bought the new tire they put it on a new rim but failed to put my tire pressure monitoring sensor in it. Then I attempted to get a discount because I paid with a Discount tire credit card, they told me I would have to spend over $500.00. I was not happy with the price of the tire either. After checking the DOT numbers on the tire I found that it was manufactured in 2022, making it nearly a year old. Needless to say I was not very pleased with my visit, and not sure I will return."

"Came in with an emergency flat tire. The team helped diagnose the issue and worked within a good price range to fix it. Decided to replace all 4 tires after I was given a good price. Free rotations on the wheels every 5,000 miles included. Diagnosis, repair and out the door took right around a hour. Will be back & highly recommend!"

"Had to find new tires in a rush and I’m happy that I listen to a suggestion to call Discount Tire in Sanford. When I called and talked to Monti needing help to put my order online to get a discount offered for online orders he helped me through the process and even emailed me the order for completion. After making sure they had them in inventory he said I could go in right away. Ali greeted me at the desk and answered all my questions. I was very specific about obtaining mfg date and origin of the tires and requested a number of things to be done. Not one person blinked or questioned my requests making the process simple and painless. All of the people interacted with were amazing. Dale, the tech that installed my tires went over all my questions and requests and took his time to help me. Right before I left I realized that I also needed wipers and Ingrid was able to get it all done before I left. What a team!! I recommend this store in Sanford. I heard they’re moving to Lake Mary soon so make sure you check them out."

"Great service in and out with pre-paid order. Very easy great staff and good atmosphere. Can't wait until my wheels are in so the look of the vehicle will change.
