"Only called to get a quote, however car is on air suspension and most turn away, however, they did not and we’re more than willing to help me and went over everything as far as concerns for both parties. I recommend based off customer service provided! Update 10/31/23: went back to fix my exhaust leak. I had no appointment and they fit me in, fixed it, and got me back on my way quickly!! Truly recommend this shop for all your needs!!"

"Dishonest liars. I don’t say that lightly, and I try to avoid reviewing small, local businesses negatively. The check engine light came on on a new-to-me Toyota RAV4. Took it to McRoberts. During the 2 days they had it they told me it was the result of low power steering fluid (it wasn’t low, I personally checked all fluids prior when the light came on). While it was in the shop I found out the engine light that came on was purely a change oil light. McRoberts just reset it and attempted to charge me around $250. Thankfully, after calling them out on it they played dumb, backed off, and removed the extra charges. Note: I’m pretty sure I posted a negative review on them before, but it’s somehow gone. Businesses can pay Google to remove negative reviews- I don’t know if that’s happening here, but beware. My family has taken several vehicles to SG&K Auto, and they’ve been honest and good on pricing. I would start there if you’re looking for a good mechanic!"

"We got a 3” lift installed on an F150. The turnaround was timely, the best quote out of 4 and service was professional! McRoberts exceeded expectations on the final result. They make drop off and pick up a breeze and provided a quality job by people I trust! Thank you!! Will be back for anything else we need!"

"I have taken my older model Jeep here on a couple of different occasions and have had excellent results with the work. The first time was a complete rear-end rebuild, price was great along with the service provided. This last trip was to get a rear engine seal replaced along with a new clutch. No more oil leaking and my clutch hasn't worked so well since I drove the Jeep off the lot brand new. Great customer service provided along with timely repairs. Appreciate the work, Hatch!"

"This was my second trip for tires. I found the Gentleman there to fair and knowledgeable. One rear tire was separated and I could feel the truck bumping along when driving. I was given a fair price. Unfortunately the tires were not in store but I was call at 10AM the next day as promised when they came in. The tires were changed fast and at quoted price. Only one tire was bad, but since I had just replaced one 3 months before it was suggested to do the last one of same set. Comfortable customer waiting area. Nothing fancy, but all that was needed at a fair price."
