"I've been a customer of this place for around 30 years, since they were at 436 & 427, under the old ownership, so two stars only because of that many years. Over the last three years I've purchased 4 sets of new tires from him. I recently went in for odd-size tires and he had to order them. I paid with a debit card and then realized he ordered the wrong size (much too large), but he said they'd work, which they could not. I didn't want to spend that much anyway because I felt they were too expensive so I called about 15 minutes after leaving to ask that he refund the purchase. He refused to refund at first (can't refund a debit card???), then said he couldn't refund the taxes "because the state already took that money out of the account". Whatever that means. He ended up refunding three tires because I had to have one due to a blowout, so that means I ended up keeping one tire in a wrong size that ultimately can't be used. He charged about $100 for it so that money is lost. I found correct size good quality tires at less than half his price. It's a shame this happened to a long-standing customer. I've changed tire stores."
