"The only reason I went through h&R block was to get the refund advance loan which I had said I wanted to apply at least 3 times while getting my taxes done. I usually always get approved right. The end of doing my taxes and I didn't and the lady kept telling me Sometimes it takes a few days we don't have control over it. I kept calling and telling them that they never got my application for it. By the time she finally looked, my taxes had already been accepted by the IRS and I was no longer able to apply for it. Which she said there was a glitch in the system. If there was a glitch in the system my taxes wouldn't have went through. She said well, it was approved so it won't be long till you get them. I have to wait because I have the child tax credit. Which is the whole reason I wanted to apply for the loan. I would have never paid that money to get my taxes done If I would have known that was going to happen I could have done it myself for free. I have been going through h and r block for 4 years. I will definitely not be going through them anymore after this."
