"They quickly got the tires I wanted and was able to get them installed the same day upon arrival of my tires. Very quickly. I didn't have to wait long at on for installation. "I came into the Pace location only looking to get my free tire rotation and balance and later found that I needed four new tires. They weren't pushy about trying to get me to buy them. But yet educated me with details and facts showing that my tires were bought years ago and explained how many miles I have driven since buying them etc etc. It made perfect sense and so I purchase those tires right then and had them on within three hours that day. They only took that long because they had to have my tires driven over form the warehouse in Pensacola. I was more than happy to wait. Blake was the one assisting me and he was very informative and patient. The whole vibe of this store is positive. No negative attitudes. No trying to push you to buy stuff. The guys in the garage are constantly working, there's nobody leaning or on their phone goofing off. They Greeted everybody walking through the door immediately. This was a great experience. They also do military discount. Definitely recommend this particular store! Great job!"

Instead, I made an online appointment at Discount Tire, rolled in, and they patched it for free within the hour. Definitely coming here for my next set of tires. Excellent customer service!
