"Terrible experience. Eve did not follow through with my mortgage company like she said she would 3 weeks ago. Mary Beth is too defensive and doesn’t listen to you. When you speak she talks so you have to literally yell so you can get your point across. I was on the phone for almost an hour between 2 calls. I was finally given the supervisor for this office, Donleen from the Boca office, and she listened to the entire situation. I even told her how it was basically a yelling match. It took a total for 36 minutes for Donleen to listen to the situation, try to help me in a few ways. We ended up calling my mortgage company and she was able to get everything taken care of in 36 minutes total! And she even had time to apologize for this offices experience. This office wouldn’t even look to see if Eve left notes. I would say that this office doesn’t try to help you."
