"Dissatisfactory Experience with Legal Services Provided by Pat Reilly I recently engaged the legal services of Pat Reilly, expecting a premium level of service and performance commensurate with the associated cost. Unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of these expectations. I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding Pat's professionalism, communication, strategic approach, and billing practices. Wasted Time Impacting Financial Costs: Just trying to schedule a call with my soon-to-be ex-wife's lawyer took an exasperating 10 days to just schedule a call. Pat's reluctance to incorporate specific wording from a Mortgage Broker into the agreement further exacerbated the situation, consuming three weeks of unnecessary time and expenses. This lack of efficiency and reluctance to advocate for my requirements during negotiations was disappointing. Communication Deficiencies: Timely and effective communication is crucial in legal matters. I did and do not expect to receive a response to every email within hours or even the same day. I do understand that lawyers have multiple clients. Regrettably, Pat's response time to my inquiries was subpar, with a particularly glaring instance where my important email for a filing was NEVER answered even after five days. He disagreed in an email that he was prompt with all communication; at which point I shared with him that he had still not responded to an important email from 5 days prior! I would expect it would be a common and simple question for him to answer in an email that would take less than a minute to read and respond to. Clear and prompt communication is paramount, especially in situations where time is of the essence. He is lucky to have Joyce as his assistant, since she was effective in her communication. Lack of Strategic Approach: I engaged Pat with the expectation that his expertise would guide me strategically through the legal process. However, I found myself having to prompt him for insights and suggestions, a responsibility that should naturally fall on legal counsel. This lack of strategic initiative was a significant disappointment and contributed to my decision to terminate our professional relationship. Billing Discrepancies and Lack of Review: The final invoice presented an issue where a charge of nearly 30 minutes was billed for an email that could be composed in a fraction of that time. When I raised this concern, Pat refused to conduct a thorough review of the bill, offering only a minimal 10% discount. This response was inadequate given the substantial time and financial resources that were mismanaged during our collaboration. In conclusion, my experience with Pat Reilly's legal services left much to be desired. I believe that, as a client, I should receive value for the premium fees paid, including effective communication, strategic guidance, and a diligent review of billing discrepancies. Unfortunately, my encounter with Pat fell short of these expectations, prompting my decision to seek alternative legal representation."

"You shouldn't allow this person to sit outside your building and smoke. It's disgusting. Her smoke wafts down the street destroying the environment where people are trying to eat and enjoy their vacation. There are children around. Just nasty to have this person doing this in front of your building. Pictures show the person and people on the street in the background having to breath the nasty smoke. She has not a care for herself or anyone or the children who are forced to breath her smoke. Hopefully you can do something about this problem, the first thing people see when they go past your building. Get rid of the smoking station too."
