"Just moved into the apartments across the street, I’m a heavy vapor and normally frequent the “higher-up” smoke shop next to my work, I decided I would give this place a try since it was next door to where I live. My first 3 visits were great, the employees are very friendly AND helpful. However, I purchased a butane torch for approximately $30 on my third visit, and the torch is defective, unable to be refilled. I returned the torch to the shop 2 days after purchasing it, and the employee was unable to refill it as well. He contacted the owner, and the owner offered to give me 15% off a new torch. Wow. Needless to say, I won’t be giving this business any more of my patronage and I would highly discourage anyone from stopping in, unless you accept that they conduct business like a third world country. ***And I left the $30 defective torch on the counter because I want this shortsighted owner to know that this isn’t about getting something for free. This is about service and value. I will be purchasing a replacement torch on Amazon, where I am guaranteed service and value. People like you are the reason small businesses are failing in droves, good luck to your employees. ***"
