"Smoke city on 34th literally sold me a nectar collector that cracked on first heat 30 mins after purchase and told me over the phone that I could have it switched out. After driving 20 more mins there to have it replaced another employee tells me that the girl I talked to was new and that they wouldn't honor the agreement. Just be aware that this is how they do business before considering shopping there. The employee I had to deal with in store also wasn't wearing a mask, so much for city regulations."
