"My husband and I are very well connected in our community and both work within huge nationwide corporations. I can assure you I will NEVER recommend this moving company! It was bad from the start and just continued to get worse. I don’t know if I got inexperienced people but it was clear they weren’t too sure of what they were doing. I have joint and mobility issues and ran circles around these guys. I hired professional movers due to my health issues but it truly turned into a nightmare of an experience and a complete waste of money. My move was estimated to be 3.5 hours (and realistically less time) but in fact it took 7 hours and the job wasn’t completed. I am left having to hire somebody to bring all of my boxes upstairs because they were all left in the garage. I was told the guys doing my move would bring tools to take my bed apart and would be able to go be put back together at the new house. Not only did they not have the proper tools to do so, they attempted to take it apart with the wrong tools, trying anything and everything they had on hand until they stripped out ALL of the hardware and eventually breaking bolts off leaving me with a pile of firewood. Sleeping on a mattress on the floor isn’t anything I ever anticipated. Not to mention the cost to replace the bed that was only 9 months old. This has been the worst experience of my life and I’ve moved a lot over the years. Until this is made right, I will continue to spread the word about this company and ensure people I know never use them! If you are reading this and looking to hire movers, I’d continue searching because these aren’t your guys! It will cost you double the amount because they have no hustle and you will most likely be left to replace broken furniture, both being quite costly! If I could give a negative 0 star review I most certainly would have."

"Review #1 of 2 (since they will be completing the move at a later date). I am so pleased with this company. Prince did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me and he made me feel so comfortable with how the move would go and what to expect. On moving day #1, Robert, Gerard, and Malcolm showed up on time and got to work. They worked hard and got everything protected and on the truck without wasting any time. I have never had a move run so smoothly. They were so careful with my belongings...even the ones that weren't really nice items. They were absolutely awesome and I'm looking forward to seeing them again when they move me into my new place."

"I would recommend using Mt. Zion. Friendly and super fast service. These guys had our truck unloaded to a 2nd floor apartment in under an hour. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. The only issue we had was that the younger worker was being trained, and he accidently hit the fire hydrant that was hanging on the wall as he was coming up the stairs, which broke a leg off the sofa. The older gentleman fixed the leg and went the extra mile to set the sofa up for us."
