"If I could give 0 I would horrible place, brought two huge bags of baby clothes from 0-12 months, perfect condition no stains some of it was new never worn. This place sent me home and told me to come back by the end of the day. When I came back they gave me back two bags that I brought. It was fill as if they haven’t taken anything. The reason I know they haven’t looked through it is because the clothes was folded like I put it in. What was the point of wasting my time driving there bringing stuff just to come back and pick it up later. Waste of gas and huge disappointment. Don’t even know why radio talks about them. Will sell in bulk on marketplace. Don’t waste your time going there!!!!!!"

"EDIT: locations communication could use some work: Drove 35 minutes to the store with my daughter to find they closed for the day. Google says open. I was not the only one who missed the memo. Multiple families were turned away within my few moments I was in the parking lot. Further more my daughter had been so excited for her little shopping spree she began to cry when I told her why we had to walk back to the car. A man who I’m assuming was staff due to him stating the closing witnessed my daughter’s heartbreak and simply turned and ignored us. A little tip for those in customer services empathy goes a long way!!! The staff is always friendly. I love shopping there. My 3 stars is because of the selling experiences I have had. I would just like some clarification on how they decide what they will purchase and what they will not. I brought in clothing in great shape and some was even nice name brand stuff. Do you not buy it if you already have a lot of specific items in stock or specific sizes? Out of the 20 ish items I brought in only winter boots were bought. I really just want to be informed of that since I feel insulted knowing the nice clothing I was trying to sell would appear to not be good enough."

"I strongly advise selling your items to this organization. Try selling on social media platforms or garage sales. In my experience, these people often take advantage of sellers and offer unfair prices. It's best to steer clear of such situations to ensure you get a fair deal for your belongings."

"I had a good experience in the store but then when I went to my car a lady chased after me yelling at me about taking the cart to unload all the stuff I got. There were no signs about taking the cart to your car and I didn’t appreciate her yelling at me, because she is too lazy to get the carts when I would have put it back in the correct spot. I had tons of toys and clothes that I couldn’t carry myself. Disappointed with the awful lazy attitude."

"I loved coming to this location for clothes for my little ones. But when I brought in my son's bike I was accused of trying to sell something that someone else tried selling earlier that day or week (not sure). She questioned if I came with someone else, I said yes my husband (who literally just walked past her to give me the bike so I could stand in line), then she questioned me if I got the bike from some lady, I was really confused by this and let her that I bought the bike a couple years ago from target, then she proceeded to tell me a bunch of legal stuff about not being able to resell this that don't belong to me. At this point I was really upset and very embarrassed since I had no idea where this was coming from, this was my first time trying to sell something there. Essentially she was accusing me of taking something from someone else at some point and trying to sell it even when I told her I bought it from target. After she told me a bunch of legal stuff about not being able to resell things that aren't mine, she let me know that this specific bike had a recall on it. Versus accusing someone of something, she could have just let me know there was a recall and they couldn't purchase it. I did thank her for letting me know that (had the recall information processed after I found out about this) but after my experience at the Brandon location, I'll probably never step back in there. I am pregnant and hormonal as it is, and it took everything in me to not start crying when I realized what she was accusing me of. She did this loudly and Infront of everyone and people were staring at me and it was absolutely mortifying being all but called a thief and a criminal. My husband and I have spent a ton of money in this location, even spent a couple hundred in there on memorial day. But we won't be returning due to how I was treated on 6/10/23. I wish I paid more attention to what her name was, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there because I didn't want to cry in front of a bunch of people."
