"Love the merchandise but customer service was a bit lacking. Too many customers in line and several "supervisors" who were unoccupied doing the "don't make eye contact" supervisor role. That always ticks me off and we (customers) all know what is happening.) It was a few days after Christmas but still ...."
"Lots of Christmas but nothing I wanted. I was looking for small ornaments (not mini) to put on a small tree. The selection was limited to "dollar store" quality items that you had to buy in multiple in one package. There larger ornaments were much nicer if I only had a large tree."
"This entire wall was clearing marked as 40% of ALL Paper Studio and Happy Planner. I was told by cashier that none of this vinyl was on sale. I’m like no it clearly says in more than one place that it is. If it’s not then someone posted the wrong signs. She refused to honor the sale even though it was clearly mark as a sale item. I called corporate and they wouldn’t even do anything and was covering for the cashier. I even told them I had pictures of the signs that said it was on sale. I’ll be going back to Shopping at Michael’s or ordering from Amazon."
