"The self-printing functionality is not very well functioning. There were three documents that it would not print. When I asked the staff for help they just asked me to try again. When I tried again it still didn't work. When I asked for more help they said try on another machine. The next machine also did not help when I asked if they could just print it behind the counter for me. I was told they'd have to ask a manager. They didn't ask a manager. They didn't call anybody over. The staff here was so incredibly unhelpful. If you need to print I suggest you go somewhere else because the staff here will not help you."

"I have utilized the Copy Center at Office Depot for years. The copiers make it very easy to copy, fax, scan and email documents. The staff is readily available to address issues, answer questions and assist customers with their copiers."

"It's been a while since I'd visited this store b/c I'd grown to not be fond of it. However, it's changed. My last three visits have been stellar, primarily b/c someone has been available to assist me. Special kudos to Alex in the copy center — he is fantastic. He greeted each person in line to let them know he sees them and will be with them shortly. He was an active listener to what I needed and produced the request quickly and correctly."

"2-9-2020 Went this afternoon to print a couple of items. Customer service went downhill quickly. I let them know I needed a work station to open a pdf to edit and print and Martha told me she was too busy to assist me and had too many other jobs she had to get to so I should go to the printer and I could do it there. Meanwhile there were at least 2 workstations available she just could not be bothered to set it up. When I got to the the printer and opened it up I was not able to edit it. Went up to inquire again and there were 3 people waiting for help and instead of acknowledging them to let them know she would be a few more minutes Martha just had them standing there twiddling their thumbs. I then went to get someone to help cancel since I wasn't sure if it would charge me a minimum. When the store manager came to help I explained they needed better customer service and additional people in the print area if Martha is so busy with other stuff she can't help anyone. Manager did not even acknowledge that statement. No apologies or even an excuse. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1-25-2020 Really only come here to make copy's and print stuff. Have no idea if the prices are good or not. My wife always does it. The store is always clean as well as the bathroom. Water fountain looked like it could use some cleaning thou. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seems like they have a ton of options for products."
