"Office depot is now nothing but a place for people to hang out and get paid everything you have to do for yourself. Before you used to be able to get things printed out . They did it almost immediately in the store. It was a pleasant experience. Now they get annoyed with you for even asking questions. Just point to the wall and say. We don't do that anymore and anything you wanted to get, you now have to do online and you don't get it for several days. It was miserable and I have to find somewhere else to go. They destroyed the store."

"Zero out of 5 stars. This is a first for me…. They THINK they have ONE shopping cart (not an accessible one, just a regular cart). And they said they’re “pretty sure” it’s somewhere in the parking lot. They didn’t even offer to look for it for me. Would not shop here if you value convenience or not carrying everything yourself. I hope corporate see this. It’s embarrassing to not even be able to get this right. I feel like this is is a pretty low bar. Your store sucks. Do better or lose customers like me."
"This one is my favorite Office Depot Location in Orlando, the team is polite and they are always willing to help if you need them for any question or issues with the printer machine, I use self service area… the store is clean and organized"
"My business was able to succeed today thanks to the above and beyond assistance of Lynn. Her dedication and passion for customer service was just unparalleled. Despite the odds against her she still managed to pull a win for her store just by having a very positive attitude and refusing to simply give up on my issue until she was able to find a way to solve it!
