"I always prefer this for office stationary or educational crafts, computer accessories, etc. It provided quality service and products. The place is well-organized and neat. You can use the online portal to order any stuff. It shows availability and provides a pickup and delivery facility. If you don't have a printer at home then you can visit this place to printout or scanning. Also, you can provide print to the online portal. The staff is cooperative and friendly to resolve all your concerns and questions. Ample space for parking. Not sure about the restroom facility."
"As, soon as we entered we were greeted with a smile from the Manager(Matt) of the store. Asked right away how he could help. This is such better treatment of your customers than your competitors up the street. ( Wes - at Staples in Apopka) Everyone here was knowledgeable and positive atmosphere. "The team at this Altamonte Springs location went above and beyond with their customer service compared to all the other Office Depot locations we’ve done business with over the past five years. This last visit was on Christmas Eve were extremely friendly, warm, welcoming, and outgoing. They took the time to guide us to find what we were looking for as we joked about last minute shopping. It looks like we’ll be doing all of our Office Supply, Home Supply, and Teaching Supply shopping at this Altamonte Spring location going forward. Thank you to the Altamonte Location for their awesome customer service and going above and beyond what’s expected of you!"
"*Now, 30 minutes later, after my appointment which I had to leave for and come back, and there's a sign at the print desk that it was closed (1:38pm), and that the employee would be back in "30 minutes"; no specific time, just "in 30 minutes". Unbelievable. Self-print machines out of order except for one, waited in line for it, what I wanted to print from email didn't work, waited in line at the counter for help, took a long time for the one employee behind the counter to get to me, then had to leave because I had another appointment. Very disappointed in the level of low quality service."
