"I've been shipping with UPS for years. Took a package to this location and they gave me some ridiculous song and dance about how it wasn't properly packaged. It was in the same box that had been shipped to me, still in like new condition. Went 5 minutes up the road and the next UPS Store shipped it in no time, no questions asked. DO NOT USE THIS STORE."
