"I have been here 3 times to ship packages. I will NEVER go back again. There was no one in the store being waited on so they were not busy. The woman that waited on me was less than friendly and acted like I was a nuisance and ruining her day. This was is the third time I have been treated like this. Another owner of a store in the plaza was telling me that they hear many complaints in regards to the less than friendly attitudes. I'm always in a great mood .... I have given them the benefit of the doubt one too many times."
"Nasty and RUDE!! Came in to their store to pick up a package. Greeted her and her dogs and then let her know we had a package delivered to her location. Immediately she responds with NOPE! Um… so pulled out the email stating otherwise and low and behold the package was behind her in a milk crate!!! It takes less effort to be nice to a customer who is just walking in then to be rude and proven wrong!! Got our package will definitely make sure business is done elsewhere here on out!!"
