We won’t be coming back out to Dunnellon and I am going to reach to the higher authority to make sure she loses her job."

"I came into store wanted 6 in. Trevor cut a 8 in and 4 in. Lady behind me wanted other half. I asked recut to 6 in. Brandon the supposed manager put on ruler said 6 to n. I said no so he grabbed another bun and said ‘Anything else you want to complain about? There’s the door get out’"

"I was very unhappy with my food tonight. I ask for a Roasted Turkey Sub. 6 in. The guy was so busy asking me what I wanted on it which he should have finished up the meat & bread first that he never put the turkey on it. They have the windows blocked with advertisement where you can't even see what they are putting on your sub. I want to see the things they are putting on my sandwich. Want be back."

"I have used the app to order 3 times. Every time, the app says the order is ready and they haven’t even started making it. So i have had to go, explain i order already, wait longer than i would if i just waited in line and order the food. So, don't trust the app. Just order there. Food is a 3 out of 5. App is useless."

"I usually try to give the best review I can. That being said. We went to this location for other reasons. But decided to grab a bite to eat. We were greeted by friendly staff and waited on promptly. But as I looked at the food I knew what I didn't want to eat very quickly. I saw a lot of cross contaminated food right in front of me. Spinach container with onions and hot peppers that had spilled in spinach. Lettuce was browsing and not fresh looking at all. Olives that were in the onions, etc I could go on but I think you catch the drift. I liked the decor, colors of the tables chairs and flooring. Oh the floors could be dangerous. There was little pieces of food under most of the tables. Our drinks, we were given cups to fill our own. That's great, but handing me our cups with their dirty hands with some of my bacon on them, gross. Grabbed other cups from cashier. Went to the fountain drink station, hmm, maybe I don't need a drink after all. The staff were nice enough. But I/we will not return to this location again. They got the 2 stars because I liked the decor and the staff were friendly. Should be only one. You choose after reading the review."
