"You should update the information on your website to reflect accurate measurements and equipment included. Your joust is listed as a 20x20 square which would have fit perfectly in my limited space but it turned out to be rectangular shaped and longer on one side than 20 ft. Guys were able to squeeze it in but just barely. Website says head gear is included but it isn’t. You should clean and sanitize the equipment before delivery. Inflatables were so filthy. We tried hosing them off but the stuff was stuck all over. You should replace your stock of rusty or damaged chairs. They were so ugly and rusty I didn’t use them. And if you make a commitment to a customer that you will call them to discuss an unsatisfactory experience and give a discount based on the items that were in bad condition, then you should keep your word and follow through on that phone call. I’m still waiting 3 days later for that call. This was my first time renting from your company and I was so very disappointed. I will not use you again or recommend you to anyone. Lesson learned."

"My experience with premier is unfortunately not a good one. I had several issues with them regarding this service including customer service, a tear in the slide that they knew about but still rented me the slide and lack of communication. My only praise was that the slide was delivered a day early to guarantee that I have it for my event seeing as how busy they are. Unfortunately I will not be a returning customer nor will I recommend this company to anyone."

"The water slide that we rented was absolutely amazing! The whole process in renting one was very simple And fast. The Gentlemen that dropped off the water slide were awesome. Set up was fast and easy. We will definitely use this company again!"

"Not impressed. Bounce house was delivered COVERED in sand. Was told it “just came off the beach”…. They attempted to rinse it down- but couldn’t get everything off- as it should have been thoroughly cleaned prior to delivery. There was also a big hole in the front of the bounce with old tape not even covering it anymore. Incorrect sized tables were delivered and chairs were rusted and trashy looking. Most did not have all 4 “feet”… either rusted off or attempted to make new with tape. Someone did come swap out the correct tables before event and put new tape on the bounce house hole…. But overall for the price you’re paying- I wouldn’t say this company is worth it. There are plenty of other local companies who actually take care of the products and would make for a nice seamless event day. Disappointed to say the least."

"Awesome at communicating, on time and very clean! The staff was super nice and friendly. Very happy with the bouncer and the kids loved it! Paying online was super easy and hassle free. Highly recommend!"
