"Used the app, drove to pick up, was told they were not filling my order as when I picked up breakfast had ended, but I had made the purchase before breakfast ended, obviously. I was told I could check my account in a couple days for a refund. They had my number, there was no reason for them to not contact me between when I made the order and when I came to pick it up. Unprofessional and the girl thought it was humorous. I won't be back, after years of being a customer. Thanks!"

"Went through the drive through the other day. We ordered two meals and before I could get out of the parking lot my wife let me know one of the french fry orders was missing. So I pulled over and went back in and speak to someone. After about a 1 minute wait I finally got someone's attention. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. He was waiting too. Finally someone that appeared to be a manager asked me how I could be helped. I had to explain the very simple situation to her twice. I'm not sure if she couldn't understand me or what. On the third explanation attempt I simply said "We are missing an order of fries!" And then a little light bulb went off and she said "Oh, I got you now" or some slang response. She then ever so slowly went and retrieved another french fry order and bagged it."

"The wife and I stopped in to have a New York pepperoni pizza so we decided to order one for Super Bowl. It was awesome great service ordered on line walk in pick up my order with ease very friendly staff great price"

"Update a year later: nice to know nothing has changed: prices went up quality went down. $4 for a large fry and still half full.. corporate could not care less. Rarely get it right. Usually always forget an item or two, never fill up fries, nuggets always old. I paid extra for large french fries and this is what we got. Not even half full and under cooked."
