"Really had a negative experience. I went in on my only off day. Walked up to the dealership and walked by 4 employees on their phones before someone asked if I needed help. I had to walk all the way to the door and put my hand on the handle before someone asked. Not to mention the mean mugging from the employees I was getting when they did look up from their phones. I'm sorry, do you really need 8 people standing around on their phones mean mugging customers who are there to spend big money? I wasn't there to buy a new truck, but I wanted to check out the pre-owned. The guy helping me had absolutely no interest in up-selling the truck. I was asking and actually telling him things he didn't know about the truck. The test drives were some of the most quiet and awkward moments of my life. Finally, I made it very clear that I was just there to look, and by the end of the experience, they're trying to get me to sign a contract without even negotiating the price with me. Overall, it was extremely disappointing, and I will be taking my 5 figures to another dealship. Be blessed."

"I own two small business and never leave bad reviews but this had to be said. The sales team was great! I worked a deal with the salesman and manager on a truck. Came to an agreed upon price with all taxes and fees and then paid $500 Deposit. Then drive 750 miles with getting a hotel room plus two days of our family businesses being closed costing well over $1,000. Get there drive truck, do paperwork. Finance manager says he has to add an additional $4,200 in fees according to his bible of cross state deals. I tell him no way, bought 30 cars out of state. It’s 5% tax and we pay registration and tag. He says I believe you but that’s not what my system tells me. He says we can figure it out on Tuesday after the new year. So we drove 750 miles home with NO truck. No offer to compensate, no compromise, just straight up told us if he did paperwork wrong he would personally be out the money. My family has been in the car business for over 40 years and I have never seen anything like this treatment."
