"I have brought my car in for service a few times now. The first time I had scheduled a recall and oil change. When I arrived, I told them I had to get the oil change sooner and to cancel. When my boyfriend picked it up, he didn’t know it was a no charge service and paid. I called the service manager and explained that I had cancelled the oil change portion of the visit but they was charged. He did a credit to reverse the charge. Very easy communication and 100% satisfied. Second visit was for an inspection and it was determined that my brakes needed to be replaced. The price was shockingly reasonable & they replaced my brakes. 100% satisfied. Third visit was for a check engine light and my RPM was not going up randomly. I brought the car in and they fixed the issue per the computer. I was skeptical over what they said the problem was but picked up my vehicle. I drove 12 miles and the light came back on. I drove it back and they hooked me up with a rental. Turned out a manifold had to be replaced. I get they can’t fix something unless the problem is duplicated. They took care of everything seamlessly and I was happy with the result. Thank you for your good service! A for improvement: Two of the three times when I picked up my car, they couldn’t locate my car because the paperwork was filed under my first name. It’s hard to find good help these days!"

"First of all thanks to Jason Peck, my sales associate and Summer Kowalewski from the Customer Relations group for their help. I called and emailed Summer many times for info and she responded promptly with helpful information. She even set me up with Jason who is extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai line. He took a ton of time doing road tests, walking me through the options, answering questions and even stayed with me through the whole buying process. Although the days of deep discounts may be over, the price we agreed to was fair to both of us. My wife is thrilled with her new Tucson Limited Hybrid. Happy Wife, Happy Life."
