"The staff were so busy with gossip and not paying attention to the customers, I had the intention to make several more purchases, I only left with two bottles. I went there to purchase multiple bottles for gifts, but the staff was rude and nobody approached me to ask if I needed assistance or anything. When I got to the counter there were multiple employees gathered around gossiping. I made two purchases that I needed to bring to clients that day. I will go elsewhere with my business. It's a shame that you just let people walk in and never say anything to them."
"One star because one of the workers was really rude, he insinuated that I/we were stealing. When he was asked for assistance with finding certain cigars, he quickly responded that he "wasn't knowledgeable in that area." I still bought my 195.59 worth of items bc the cashier was very kind and helpful. Please don't stereotype individuals because next time you'll lose money and a customer, an out of town customer who does reviews and expects a response for this type of behavior"
"** Update: went in again today and was delighted with Emily, who helped me choose some delicious light cocktails. She made shopping uniquely fun! ** Vi was so friendly and helpful! I got signed up for their rewards program, and my visits there are always a treat. Great selection on everything from wine and spirits to sodas, snacks, and even meats and cheeses. Fresh lemons and limes, premium coconut milk, and excellent sales. The store is clean, spacious and well stocked. It's always a great experience, and again, Vi is such a great employee!"
