"EXCELLENT customer service. They answer their phones promptly and respectively. They have everything you need as a Black or Mixed Woman. I recently moved and was searching for a beauty supply store that sold braiding hair; I was able to get pre stretched hair in #1 and #613 (3 packs with 3 bundles each) a large shine and jam (red jar), mouse, and finishing spray for under 60 bucks.
