"I really hope you guys get it together, or a code inspector comes. The owner told me it would be 15 mins. Then the owner started get a pedicure…. LOL so I waited 45 mins for the tech to come get me and told me to put my foot in the tub DIRTY!!!!! Literally water and toe nail clippings from the previous pedi… the jelly from the previous jelly pedi was still in there and the tech proceeded to put the liner on the pedi bowl and tell me to put my feet in I told her isn’t this dirty and she’s like yeah but it’s not going down and that’s what the liner is for… I have been a licensed Full specialist for 4 years and I know the policies, laws & regulations of being a nail technician and owning a salon….. the service here is un acceptable. I told the owner what was happening and it was like nothing to her.. she just was like okay bye… lol I wonder how many people you guys have infected with fungus….. don’t go here the professionalism is non existent and service is not a priority.. DISGUSTING!! I also would like to add that I was a manager for one of the biggest spas in south beach… and this place calls them self a spa… THE BIGGEST JOKE EVER!!!!!!! NOTHING SERENE HERE!!!!"
"This place is a joke it was 6 something door said it close at 7:30 there were 3 gitl 2 busy and I was directed to the third one her answer? Oh im the only one available but my husband is on his way to pick me up I can't. All i wanted was to remove a half way gel and reg manicure which at the salon next to estrella insurance did help me and it only took like 30 minutes"
