"The absolute worst clinic. They gave me completely misleading information over the phone. Upcharged me once I got there and refused to do the service off of misconstruing the information I gave them. They have the worst customer service Iv ever had. Do yourself the favor and avoid at all costs!"

"I was dubious at first because the price for the ematrix seemed to be too good to be true, but the results I've seen have been dramatic. I've purchased a second three-session package since I first found this place. Yuni is very attentive and careful with her work. My first session HURT but she went as slowly as she could. By the second session we'd both figured out I needed to have the numbing cream on for much longer than most people do, so we did that—which is great, because I've been to spas that are so booked they'll just push through regardless. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like this time it's deserved, mostly because of what happened for my third session. I got a call from the front desk letting me know their ematrix machine broke down and they'd sadly have to reschedule my appointment for a few days later. That put me in a bad spot because I schedule my life around these sessions so people at work don't see me directly after, so I explained and they immediately sent me to their Miami Lakes location to get the laser at the same time and date as my original appointment. I wasn't expecting them to do something like that, but I'm bringing this up because I've never had such good customer service at such reasonable prices and I think the girls working here deserve a ton of recognition for all they do. I'm not at an age where I need to get botox, but I'm definitely getting it done here when I think it's time for that."
