"UPDATED as of 12.17.23 Kitchen is still not done. Almost 6 months and they're refusing to refund any money. Keri still can't get it right..one of the replacement cabinets ordered (which was never expedited as promised by the way) is STILL wrong and was ordered with an unfinished bottom when all the rest are finished. I would put ZERO stars if I could. It has been a nightmare to order the custom kitchen cabinets that I wanted. I paid extra for plywood constructed boxes and everything shipped was made of particle board. Turns out the inept designer Keri Gauntt placed the order wrong. HUGE mistake. The fact she wasn't fired for this costly oversight is beyond me. I wanted the cabinets I paid for sent to me correctly. They promised expedited delivery and I waited another 10 weeks!!! Over 10 weeks with no kitchen is unacceptable. No compensation for time and stress along with having to eat every meal out is unbelievably poor customer service. Now, I have received the "correct cabinet order" and there's damage beyond belief. Poor construction on the doors, they're splitting and completely unacceptable. I can't imagine how much longer I'll have to wait now. DO NOT ORDER KITCHEN CABINETS FROM PRO-SOURCE, you'll live to regret it! Justin (apparently a manager) can't even call to apologize and offer money back."
