"The 2 guys who helped us yesterday went way beyond helping! We came in with a hinge for which we wanted to get replacements. I called earlier to make sure they had them. Joe assured me they had 300 so I made my way in about 1/2 hour away. I get there only to find out it wasn’t the right one! I was bummed seeing I called first & it was 1/2 hour away. The 2 guys (sorry I didn’t get your names), looked in the leftover parts box, scoured the shelves & said he could order them for me since none worked. It was a discontinued item. He finally said, hey have you checked Amazon? I did not as I went to the store in a different location previously & got them. He found them on Amazon & reasonably priced!! He printed off the exact ones to order & went over what he keyed in to find them. I ordered them on the way home & at 5 am they were at my doorstop! Only because these 2 wonderful men took the time to help!!! Thank you for people who care!!! Bruce & Diane"
