"The worst experience ever in Spring Hill on Commercial street. There was one check out personal available for 4 open register for self checkout. 15 people in line every body needed help today 2/1/24. Finally the register person says I give up and walked away screaming call coporate office. I don’t need this every body complaining. Shame on you to treat your people and customers with no respect. "If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a vanity November 25 2023 and supposedly it was shipped, but did not arrive on the December 11th scheduled date. No one contacted me and I let them know that they will have to arrange a date with me for delivery because I won't sit at home or miss work waiting, and I don't want the item delivered without me at home becaue we have been having rain and the girl on the phone said they can leave it on the driveway if I'm not there. No delivery date was provided. In fact, the only communication I have had with Lowes Customer Care have been messages and emails.........ALL initiated by ME! The same "bot" letter was sent from 3 different "bot" names, all apologizing and promising to investigate. Nothing happened until I inquired again, and again I got the SAME stupid message. Finally I initiated a dispute with the Lowes Credit Card services, and again was told they will use the information I provided to investigate and give a credit. Again, NOTHING. Even after Lowes sent ANOTHER "bot" message, this time promising to cancel the order and issue a credit...............NOTHING!!! The order status has not changed, and neither has my credit card balance. This is ridiculous and even though I have paid for measurements and looked at Lowes for my new kitchen, I'm going to let that $35 go because I can't trust this company to live up to what they promise. I work too hard for my money to be played with like this."

"Worst customer service. Worst delivery service. Delivery person installed washer and set it to run a cycle then left. I came out awhile later to find my kitchen, laundry room, and garage flooded. Lowe's doesn't care- they want me to deal directly with the delivery company (RXO) even though when I ordered online, I ordered as a LOWE'S CUSTOMER, not RXO's customer. I have been given the runaround and have spent over 4 hours on the phone today alone to try and file a claim for the damages with the delivery company. Lowe's should be doing that and advocating for their customer. Once they have the customer's money, they no longer care what happens."

"I spend several hundred dollars a month at Lowe's on 98 North in Lakeland, FL. Time after time the self checkout line is jammed. It doesn't matter if it's at 10 am or 3 pm there are no clerks at the cashier checkout. We'll, it's no wonder, the cashiers are standing around in groups chit-chating."

"Was at lowes on 4420 pleasant hill rd, Kissimmee fl 34758 was sitting on my car and this shopping cart flew in into my car and made a huge DENT!!! went to speak to the managers and they ignored me for 30 minutes! To then tell me they are not responsible and i should call my insurance and them said that they have signs outside saying that they are not responsible for any car damages. I called the police to file a report, myself and the officer went to every parking space and did not find any sign that said that they are “not responsible for damages”. I want my car fixed! And a better treatment to your costumers! This was on Saturday and I am yet to receive a call from the store manager! This is unbelievable."
