"Great overall experience, We were matching the original cabinetry in the house and they were able to find the exact cabinets, the only issue was the color was wrong when delivered the issue was the manufacturer had discontinued that color but smart choice stepped right up and Connie arranged for a painter to come and paint the new cabinets to match the existing perfectly. The experience took longer than expected or planned but the end result was excellent. would definitely use this company again"

"I ordered some cabinets from Smart Choice in Orlando and my experience was outstanding! They were courteous and very professional. They made sure that my order was complete and correct and promptly placed it with the manufacturer. They kept me informed via email with the status of the order and shipping information. I Chose to pick my cabinets up at the warehouse and the warehouse staff was incredibly helpful and assisted with the loading. Once I inventoried the items, I found the manufacturer shipped one incorrect piece of molding. I contacted Nicole and she expedited the replacement with the manufacturer. It was delivered to my home promptly and I could not be happier with my experience. Smart Choice and Timberlake are great companies, with very professional and caring employees, who go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. THIS WAS AN A+ Experience!!! "We received Smart Choice Cabinets contact information from our builder, because we needed some additional cabinets for our new house. From the first contact we were guided very well related to the available options and best combination for what we wanted to achieve. After we agreed on the project we kept very well informed and the material was delivered as indicated. For the installation we received the contact information of an installer that went beyond of normal workmanship. He made sure that we had been involved in the installation process and made the adjustments needed to make it work for us. Great company and great people to work with."

"I WISH I HAD MORE CABINETS SO I COULD WORK WITH THEM AGAIN! Rick was such a lifesaver as we had to replace cabinets in a house we had just bought (MOLD!!!) and Rick was patient and understanding in our situation. He and his team helped us pick beautiful navy cabinets with some nice little extras. DO NOT BE SCARED OF THE VIRTUAL MEASURING! One thing that Rick had to keep reminding me is about how his team does all their work (measuring/designing) virtually. He answered all my questions, and made adjustments multiple times as we changed some ideas along the way in the design phase. He even took a few extra conference calls with me and my husband to reassure us that the job would be great; and it was! The supplier didn't send enough panels in the shipment for the edges (I have no idea what I'm talking about) but Rick made sure the replacements were sent ASAP. Their installer, Felipe, was THOROUGH and did a great job, even the extra times he had to come when the final pieces arrived. Rick went above and beyond what we needed. We had some unfortunate issues with our "new" home and besides cabinetry, he gave us a lot of good home advice. We are very grateful."
