I needed to also have the soffit removed. They had a contractor that I could use for the work. I was very pleased with the contractor. The cabinet installers were top notch. "I wanted to take a moment to share my experience here. I spent countless hours online trying to figure out what I wanted and went to a few cabinet showrooms. I was pretty overwhelmed what to do first. Elisa was so sweet but she gave me time to look around without being pushy which I greatly appreciated. She took the time to listen to me and was so patient with all my “ideas” and genuinely helped so much with my visit. Once I was able to explain what I was thinking she didn’t try to sell me every bell and whistle. She was thoughtful to give suggestions and even share better cost efficient ways to accomplish the same look. She is very knowledgeable and actually had better ideas yet was able to get me to focus on what was needed. She really helped me make some decisions on what I needed and pulled it all together. "We recently had our new kitchen installed by Timeless Kitchens, and from the first call, I knew they were going to be great. As I was just calling around the areas kitchen installers, Sonia was the most helpful on the first impression. They gave me a rough estimate in a few days based off of my measurements which was helpful. Once we went into the showroom to see the materials and samples, the lady there was very helpful and informative. We selected some upgraded items and paid the measurement fee to get the 3d drawings started. Overall we submitted about 4-5 design tweaks throughout our process which was handled by Rea with politeness even though I’m sure it’s a bit annoying to make so many changes. The 3d and 2d drawings they provided were very helpful for us to plan other items around the project and have a great visual. We bought custom wooden shelves and a special farmhouse sink that they installed for us. They told us how long the cabinets we selected would take to be delivered and they were there right on time, they told us when the installers would show up and they did right on schedule. The installer and his team were friendly and respectful I forgot his name though. They were in and out in 2 days on the majority of the kitchen to get it ready for the countertop measurements. They came back to install the custom glass doors for the corner cabinet and finished up any small things we noticed in the mean time. The countertop guys installed it all in one morning i think it was even a Saturday. After everything was done we noticed our spice drawer was not closing smoothly so we reached out to Sonia and she had a tech out within the week to fine tune it! From start to finish and even past the finish, every interaction with this company has been pleasant. I will definitely recommend Timeless Kitchens to anyone who asks me about redoing any kitchens or bathrooms. Thanks again!"
