"Well, you have to do your research for sure. This company is catering to the wealthy in Windemere and Winter park. I had a design consult for 1 bathtub to be removed and another drop in installed with some tile work. Guess what they quoted? 16 to 20 thousand dollars. The GC must be taking a large swipe at each job since a line item proposal would be way less than that. Beware folks in the real world."
