"After spending over $100,000 with this company they have completely ignored a safety related issue for an appliance they sold us with a propane leak and have never scheduled a service call for over 6 weeks. For safety reasons we had to call a contractor to turn off the propane service and are still awaiting a service call from Ferguson. I can not recommend these people."
