"Brandon told me he would be here Tuesday. He gave me a good price. I texted him Monday to inform him I would be at work but he could still come out. No response, I texted him Tuesday to inform him on my break I would come by to drop off payment. Drove all the way home, he wasn’t there. Texted and called, sent me to voicemail with no response. I really needed this done, and trusted that he would do the job. I would’ve appreciated it if he at least informed me he wasn’t coming. So much for honest, Do yourself a favor, save your time and money and go to an actual company. I should’ve looked at the reviews first."

"I made a appointment with Brandon McCarthy home maintenance to install a new genie garage opener. Not only was he reliable, showed up on time and inexpensive, he was very respectful and only took 45min to do the job. He did a wonderful job and Installed the new opener , new safety sensors and wall button adjust opening and closure of door, also lubricated all hinges and guide wheel. everything works perfectly! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!"

"On September 28, 2020 my 94 year old Grandfather entered into a Contractor's Agreement with Brandon McCartney Home Maintenance, LLC. for the repair and replacement of their Florida room that was severely damaged in hurricane Sally. Since the re-build there has been consistent leaking of the roof in numerous areas of the furnished Florida room. The room can not be used and becoming a health concern issue due to moisture intrusion. The furniture and electronics in the room have to have tarps when rain occurs so household items are not ruined. For months and many attempts we have called and left voicemails with NO response. My grandfather also sent a certified letter to his list address, NO response. Brandon McCartney Home Maintenance, LLC was paid in full for his service. We are trying to make every attempt to resolve this without getting the courts involved but will do so, if we do not hear from him and get this addressed immediately."
