"Disappointing Experience with Florida Outdoor Kitchens Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Florida Outdoor Kitchens. We were enticed by the promises made at the Northlake store, but what followed was a series of letdowns and frustrations. Despite being assured a swift delivery within four weeks, our kitchen arrived a staggering eight weeks later, and to our dismay, the countertop was broken upon arrival. Our attempts to seek clarification and a resolution were met with a lack of definitive answers and a dismissive attitude from the customer service and scheduling teams. The refusal to consider a refund and the lack of a concrete timeline for replacement only added to our frustration. Even when the Vice President contacted us, hoping for resolution, we were met with further disappointment. This experience, coupled with production delays and scheduling uncertainties, has left us deeply dissatisfied. It's disheartening when a company fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and integrity. We sincerely hope for a swift and fair resolution that reflects the considerable investment we made and the inconvenience we've endured. 1/20/2024 all problems were resolved. The vice president personally visited our house few times to make sure that everything was fixed and delivered as promised."
