"Let me tell you a little something about this business and a gentleman named Rick. Last Saturday I made a quick in & out run to Lowes for some cherry wood for a brisket I was cooking. So I get back to my Jeep and nothing. Nothing at all. No lights on the dashboard no clicking sounds....nothing. Took a few minutes and I figured I'd call them and ask if they could tow me over to their shop. Rick was outside my rig in less than 3 min. Figured out the issue in a few seconds.
