We wanted it repaired since our mom has dementia and this item is something that she remembers. For months, we’ve been getting the run around and it hasn’t been delivered. We waited for the delivery again yesterday and no call no show. He doesn’t answer when we call and he makes excuses every time we contact him. Do not trust this company. The positive reviews must be fake."

He ignores phone calls and emails and has been holding the furniture that has supposedly been done for the past 3 months. Tried to be patient but with no communication on when we can pick up or schedule a drop off, he completely dissapears."
