"The service was great! The representative stayed in contact via email and phone. She was pleasant and helpful. As soon as the chair was ready, she made arrangements to deliver it. The delivery men were polite and strong! They carried the recliner into the house being careful not to bump the walls. They assembled the recliner and explained how the chair works. The chair is super comfy. Adjustable lumbar and head with full recline. Howver, it did not come with a remote which would have been nice given the cost."
"Mike and Jewel were great. Mike was very attentive to what I was looking for and was so helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and gave very valuable information on options and what to expect in the process of ordering and delivery. Jewel gave some wonderful suggestions on style and blending fabrics with leather. The input from the both of them was very appreciated and I'm looking forward to our new furniture. Would definitely recommend La-Z-Boy and these two great associates if you're looking for furniture!"

"We walked in, prepared to be ignored and left on our own, as we usually are. Instead, we were met at the door by Jewel. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but incredibly friendly to boot. She took notes, made a quick drawing to be sure, then proceeded to lead us through the easiest "Big" purchase we've made in a very long time. She walked us through everything, made sure we understood, and made it all seem effortless. I would not hesitate to recommend a trip down to see her."

The delivery service is 5 star white glove! Brock and D are an efficient delivery team and they were on time and meticulous with the movement and care of our home and furniture.
