"This place is greedy and lacks customer service. I sent my husband in with a picture of the type of hair to buy. The woman behind the register gave him the wrong hair that cost $60 more than the one he went in to buy . She even admitted it afterwards. He went back 5 minutes later with a receipt and unopened package to do an exchange but the store would not allow it. They refused to return the difference in payment."

"I just went into the store-bought a pack of hair that's clearly says 6.99 I get to the register she start me with 8.99 I said the package said 6.99 she says oh yeah, some of her items are missed price, then the lady decides to take the price off the packet. And she charged me 8.99. If I didn't have appointment right after I would have told her to keep it. Don't go there what a rip-off."
