"First off I did not get seated until 30 minutes after my appointment. There is no plastic bag in the water when my feet were soaking. The technician was eating chips and drinking coffee while she was doing my toes. She had to stop multiple times so she can read something on her phone or text somebody back. She was digging so hard into my toe that I almost started crying because that’s how bad it was. Now it comes to my nails she did it OK job I don’t really think she did all the steps because the back of my nails look so rough. I had to file them when I got home. It’s my third day now and yesterday I was complaining of some soreness on my big toe to the point where I didn’t want to walk on it. It’s the third day, and my big toe is red and puffy and pus came out. I’ve never had this experience. It should not take three hours to get my basic nails and toes done. My toe should not have pus coming out of it. I’ll definitely do not recommend coming to this place the owner seems nice but the people that work for her don’t really know what they’re doing. I have been getting my nails done for the past 5 years on a regular basis. I would like an explanation as to why my toe has pus coming out of it. Thank you, You’re very unhappy customer!"
