Fortunately, her colleagues in the building were kind enough to inform me that she might be running late. It was disheartening to learn that her clients often experienced long waiting times ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. This experience has raised significant concerns regarding her professionalism and work ethic. It is crucial to exercise caution when considering her services, as this incident reflects a lack of regard for client communication and punctuality."

"Stephanie does a really good job so I want to like this place, but I have had terrible experiences 2 out the 3 times I have ATTEMPTED to get my hair done here. I drove a long way out here to have my hair done by her and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, and I couldn’t leave a voice mail. There are multiple addresses found for this business and I drove to all of them thinking maybe I had the wrong address. There are other braiders just as good and it’s not worth the frustration coming to Brownstones."
