"Good selection. They are really trying hard to make the shopping experience good despite Seminole Towne Center is dying slowly. I only put 4 stars as - and this is NOT the fault of the staff but HT Corp- I tried to take advantage of their app but the wifi/internet in the.bldg is so bad, it was not possible. I tried calling HT Corp as well and they indicated I would have to try again the next day. Still, manager was very kind and understanding. And we will be shopping there again."

"Had an employee sign me up for a loyalty program without even asking like I was stupid. Not going to blame the employee, but maybe management shouldn’t be focused on loyalty program metrics in a dying mall. Management stop being bad and your employees won’t be forced to do try underhanded methods such as these."

"Great location, they've always been very friendly on all my visits. Checkout is usually a bit slow whenever I've gone. Even when there's multiple employees around, typically only one register will be open at a time which can create long lines. I don't mind, but just a heads up not to go there in a rush lol"

"Great customer service, even with minimal staff. They weren't fully stocked but honestly what can you expect during the holidays really. They had a great variety of items but not a lot of each thing so you couldn't get multiples if you wanted to. The prices are higher than the worth of the items yet it is nice and worth it to be able to go to only one store for all your memorabilia interests."
