"I enjoyed looking around in this store and when I went to check out, Ana was wonderful. She was kind and helpful in setting up an account to receive the points for my purchase. I really appreciated the time she took to help me and she also wished me a happy birthday and tried to find a birthday item but there were none available. I appreciated the effort nonetheless. The only reason for the four stars was that when I went home and opened my moisturizer (airless pump from Byoma), the product has already been used."

"The worst experience ever. I went and got the keratin treatment and 2 weeks later and all of my hair is falling out, and then Gwbby the manager on duty tells me oh there's nothing I can do. Our policy is 5 days. I am so devistated. Well lady it can take more than 5 days for someone to notice the ball spots if a lit has come out. Ugh so frustrated. Please don't go here. Not sure what happened, but I'm so pissed. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I went to return an item, the cashier Lea was perfectly fine, she had to get an authorization and larisa or clarisa showed up after 3 other ppl had been helped. This was not in a timely manner and tried to make small talk, clearly I was not pleased with her. She tried asking me the same stupid question, and I said I am not pleased with the timing of your authorization, she didn't say anything I. Return. I grabbed my original receipt, and she said she would staple it for me. I said I don't need you to do that. Before I walked away, I had to ask her for my receipt. She said you told me you didn't want it. I said that isn't what I said. I told you I didn't need for you to staple it. She smiled in my face as she said very loudly and rudely, have a nice day. Ppls time is important, and if you want them to return, act like even the returns are important to you, not just the sales."

"They typically have a long line & are constantly busy. Doing a pickup order and picking up in the morning would be the best option in my opinion. Everyone is nice and helpful though. Most things are in stock when I go."
