"The woman behind the reception desk overcharged me for my service by not applying the gift certificate I had on account . When I bought it to her attention, she told me that there was nothing she could do about it because she already ran my card, and that I would just have to use it another time…she could certainly have either cancelled the transaction and redone it, or credited my card for the overcharge, instead, I have a $55.00 credit at a spa that I will probably never patronize again for a hot stone massage that was just average..not to mention the aggravation ruined the whole spa experience"
